A lot of Chinese food is fried very quickly over a
high heat. This recipe is full of all the right authentic Chinese flavors,
but you can just pop it in the oven!

Soy Chicken Wings
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 green onions
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon tomato paste or ketchup
12 chicken wings
foil
Chop the onions. Mix with soy sauce,
spice, lemon juice, honey and tomato paste in bowl. Prick the
chicken skin and coat with the sauce. Cover and leave overnight
in the refrigerator. Set the oven to 425 degrees. Put the
chicken wings on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Keep the extra
sauce. Cook for about 45 minutes, turning them frequently and
brushing with the extra sauce. They should be crisp, brown and
tender.
