| Many service units do all of their planning at the same time as their leader's meetings. The ideas here are for service unit meetings (or leader meetings). If you have separate service team meetings, there are ideas for service teams as well. The membership year technically begins October 1, but most service units meet either all year or take only a month or two off for summer. There is no right or wrong way to do this, decide what works best for you and your leaders. Our service unit meetings are set up to plan for special events at least 2 months in advance and around council sales, change the dates given according to your own council's timelines. | |||||
