Consult with organizers that new and existing troops are registering, new girls are being placed in exisiting troops, girls wanting to be placed have been contacted, and follow-up on girls not yet registered is in progress
  Plan for new leaders to be welcomed into the service unit and that they have materials for training and the troop

  Continue encouraging troop registration
  Start to find troop cookie managers
  Begin plans for holiday project, if scheduled, and get volunteers for a planning committee
  Fall product troop training
  Compile information for Service Unit roster and see that council staff has a copy
  Form recognition committee to nominate adults for awards
