1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of salt
1 tablespoon of oil
1 cup of water
2 teaspoons of tartar
poly flake glitter

Directions:

Combine the flour, salt, oil, water and tartar in a saucepan, heating over low heat and stirring continuously until the dough thickens. Remove from pan, kneading until smooth. Add the poly flake glitter. This will make the dough look like snow.
