Supplies:

2 tbsp clear dish liquid
2 tbsp powdered tempera paint
1/2 tsp water

Directions:

Pour dish liquid, tempera paint and water in to a small bowl or container.  Mix the ingredients together until they are completely blended.  Almost oil paint can be stored for several weeks at room temperature in an airtight container.

This paint captures the look and feel of real oil pint without the expense or mess.
